This was the first of Electrical Walks that took place in the same city. Especially urban areas provide a huge variety of different electromagnetic sources and there is always something new to discover.
During my second visit to London I integrated new sounds into the walk that differed from the one in 2005. For instance, the science museum offered a unique highlight with its ferrofluid display and other “unusual materials”. Several of these sounds, which were recorded with a specialized recording headphone, became part of my later compositions.
